Ethnographic excursions
"Sightseeing the central part of Kamchatka"
Having started this trip You'll cross whole central part of Kamchatka and will find yourself
in the settlements Esso and Anavgay (center of the Even's culture). This place is called
Kamchatka's Switzerland, the land of blue hills or the land of hunters and deer-raisers
for its unforgettable beauty.
Trip program:
- 1st day: 10.00 Departure to Esso. On the way there will be a stop for lunch at the
Sokoch or Milkovo village. Arrival at 20.00. Accommodation in a hotel, rest
time, swimming in the swimming pool with thermal water, free time.
- 2nd day: ethnographic museum and art-gallery visit. Leaving for Anavgay
(30 minutes way). Sightseeing the culture of the Evens, folk-concert, treating with
national flat bread, with herbal tea, with fish soup. Return to Esso. Rest time,
swimming, free time.
- 3d day: leaving for Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. On the way there will be a stop for
lunch at the village Milkovo. At 20.00 arrival to Petropavlovsk.
